Why is the Nu-Eco system better than other systems I’ve seen?
First of all, this system isn’t a bunch of various modules that have to interconnect. Everything is handled through a single administration screen on the web. Secondly, it’s scalable, so it doesn’t matter if you’re running a fleet of trucks or are a single o/o, the system works. In addition, there are no hefty up-front costs and no contracts of any type.

Do we have to use a dispatcher?
If you’re currently using one – great. You can continue to dispatch jobs through your dispatcher. If you’re independent and want to handle your own route building, that’s easy too. Whether you’re running 1 unit or several hundred, the system is simple and easy to use.

Can I view my vehicles from any internet enabled device?
As long as it is connected to the internet! It’s worth noting that the faster the connection speed, the faster our software will run. So, for example, broad band will be much faster than a dial-up connection.  Not only can you view your vehicles, you can dispatch, receive, invoice and manage from virtually anywhere in the world.  We don’t necessarily recommend running things from a beach in Hawaii – but hey…it’s your business.

clockIs this “real time” tracking?
Nu-Eco Enterprises provides its customers “real time” tracking, with units updating their specific location based on a customer chosen tracking interval. The devices operate in real time, and there is no need to download daily data or plug the device into an interface to extract data at the end of the work day. Each unit can be accessed any time, day or night, as required.  Data is stored on servers in Canada so there’s no concern about privacy.

alarmCan I be notified about certain statuses with my fleet?
Yes, Nu-Eco gives customers the option to be notified by email, text message, or both, when certain “events” or “alarms” are triggered by the device in the field. Speeding, geo-fence breach, and power loss are examples of notifications that can be sent to an email and cell phone in real time if the customer chooses.  You can two-way communicate with drivers in the field, add additional stops, revise routes and runs and a whole lot more.
